About this course
As a project leader you support the goals of your organisation. You engage, motivate and build high performance and productivity in individuals and teams. With only 25%* of organisations reporting successful project delivery, it is essential that you have the skillset to lead and drive a project. This workshop will equip you with the skills needed for success in the age of project leadership.
Over the 2 days, attendees will explore the foundation principles, theories and behaviours of leadership within a Project Management setting. You will also learn about how Emotional Intelligence (EQ) behaviours can build trust and create cohesive relationships for effective workplace performance and have the opportunity to make new connections with like-minded project professionals.

Our workshop allows attendees to share their experiences, ideas and questions with peers and our expert facilitator. Our facilitator will then personalise the program to meet the needs of the attendees through experiential learning.

Helen’s career started in accounting. She’s subsequently led businesses, projects and teams in financial services, hospitality, events management, community services and education. Her diverse background in both government and private sectors means she can quickly relate to most contexts, and her personalised approach, means you’ll walk away better equipped to overcome challenges and achieve your goals.
Helen holds a first class MBA, adult education qualifications and she’s an accredited Emotional Intelligence (EQi) coach.
